HORNET CALENDAR

What's Happening?

Hornet Calendar is the one-stop space for viewing all University events. Events posted through the Hornet Promote process will appear on the main calendar here on Hornet 365 and shared across all of the appropriate views and websites. All students, faculty and staff will receive a weekly digest email called Hornet Events Weekly highlighting a few of the upcoming campus events for that week.

A digital poster will appear on digital signage on campus and on the Hornet TV livestream.

Event will appear in an events email digest to all students and employees each Wednesday morning.

Item will appear in a daily announcements email and on Hornet 365.

Event will appear on the public Hornet Calendar and in other places across ESU's websites.

WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW BEFORE SUBMITTING AN EVENT?

• Submit your event within 2 weeks in advance of the posting date.
   
• Marketing + Communication and CSI will review and distribute through the appropriate channels in preparation to post.
   
• We will reach out to the identified contact if we need additional information.
   
• Your content will show up on the channels that you selected or as appropriate.
